Refund policy

  1. We accept returns on all unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of the purchase date. All original tags must be attached and the item must be in its original packaging.

  2. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  3. Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return instructions and then place a new order for the desired item.

  4. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

  5. Final Sale Items Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
